play, body and mind.
We spend thousands of pounds tying to make our self feel good by
changing our physical appearance, we do this in many ways, however,
we give very little time and energy to our mind. Having control over
your mind is the key to a successful healthy body which in turn
brings about the balance in body and mind. It makes sense.
